His first major step came during a cricket tour in Australia, where a small ad in a newspaper introduced him to the world of direct sales. That moment sparked a global career that would take him across continents — from launching businesses in Sydney and Perth to navigating tough years in Manchester, England, where he learned to balance ambition with humility.
After nearly a decade of building international experience, Tony returned to India in 1998 at a time of economic change. With a single product, a tiny office, and a big vision, he set out to create not just a company, but a platform that would empower people and transform communities. What started as a small venture in Mumbai has grown into a purpose-driven movement that now impacts lives across India and beyond.

Under his leadership, the organization has expanded to 35 cities, gathered over 5 million donors, and impacted the lives of more than 8 million with UNICEF, CRY, Save the Children, and Sightsavers.
